Occidental Costa Cancun Hotel

Fantastic food and new-fashioned room - had a fairly nice stay. The staff were both superfriendly and fantastic.

Well, Wi-Fi was horrible.

I stayed here 12 nights and liked it. My room included climate control, a safe box and multi-channel TV.

There were awesome staff and food for a fun stay especially for my first time in Mexico. Booked a room with exceptionally good views of the ocean and pool. Loved the restaurant for dinner.

The staff is courteous, welcoming.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 1 night, nonetheless everything was great.

The food and atmosphere at the hotel were excellent, everything was very good. I loved that the room was beautiful with two beds. It had things I needed, including climate control, multi-channel television and a mini-fridge-bar. The stay was absolutely absolutely amazing.

I stayed here for 10 nights and loved my choice. The room was huge with two beds and had a private safe, a mini bar and an iron. The staff were accommodating and exceptional as well, would stay here again.

It has great staff and food for a pleasant stay especially for my first time in Mexico.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Cancun. Very good staff and rooms, it was clean here.

Its breakfast was gorgeous, and it had excellent design. I loved the river view from my double room. Absolutely exceptional, very responsive hotel's staff. Handy location around 10-15 minutes walk from a public beach.

It was an all-inclusive hotel which had excellent service. Beautiful staff, I enjoyed the bright room I booked. I liked the room, the bed was comfortable. Excellent restaurant within walking distance of the venue.

Can be described as a really great experience, would recommend. Fine building, nice design. It's perfect with lovely beds and scenic views. Picturesque location to Scenic Tower Cancun...

Relaxing hotel, I loved my stay here. Booked a room with good views. The restaurant was good here, I had excellent dishes.

Fairly clean hotel, liked to be just next door to Isla Mujeres and malls and the beach thanks to best possible location. The room I had was functional with a balcony and the staff was exceptional.

Staff and service were pleasant, and all in all I loved this hotel. Excellent bedroom. Glad that the weather was fine, so I could enjoy its heated pool. The property was set in a good area.

I loved the place thanks to location and service. Hotel was clean enough. Its bed was comfy and the bathroom - big size. The venue itself was in an entertaining area. Very easy to get from Isla Mujeres airport, just 9 miles.

The hotel was tidy & the staff were absolutely amazing, the bed was perfect. Incredible location, adjacent to the beach, exceptionally nice breakfast. I got free upgrade and loved it.

Not bad hotel with well maintained pool and free wi-fi. Everything was so perfect as expected, though the bathroom was horrible. Early check in and late check out. The beach nearby was beautiful and the view was perfect. I loved the a la carte restaurant, serving special cuisine.

Well-designed, stylish room and brilliant staff, fast wi-fi. Spacious beds, complimentary Wi-Fi and coffee in the room. The food available for American breakfast was OUTSTANDING. The beach was perfect. The building itself was renovated with a green garden.

Truly lovely and very clean place, the rooms are extremely functional.

We appreciated the food and drinks, this hotel had everything we need. We spent our evenings in nearby Sirenas Raw Bar enjoying drinks and atmosphere. Nothing beats being in Occidental Costa Cancun...

The view from the window was amazing. What's more, Wi Fi was very effective. On-site restaurant Albatros was a bonus, had dinner there.
